This event is open to anyone with a Turlock address. If you live or are based in Turlock, you're welcome to register your yard sale and join the fun.

Yes. The City of Turlock requires a permit for all yard sales. This is a city requirement and applies to all sellers regardless of this event. You can obtain a permit and review the City's yard sale rules at:

Click Register Your Yard Sale in the navigation menu. Fill out the 3-step form with your address, hours, and what you're selling. Your sale will appear on the map instantly once submitted. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a link to your listing.

No deadline — you can register your yard sale any time before the event. That said, the earlier you register the more visibility your sale gets as shoppers plan their routes in advance.

Yes. When you register, a free account is created for you automatically. Log in at any time using the Login link in the navigation menu and you'll be taken straight to your listing to make changes. You can update your hours, description, and categories, or cancel your sale entirely if your plans change. A cancelled listing can also be reinstated — just log back in and click "Reinstate My Yard Sale."

Use the Find Yard Sales page to see an interactive map of every registered sale in Turlock. You can filter by category (furniture, clothing, electronics, etc.) and click any pin or listing card to get directions straight to that address via Google Maps. You can also browse the full sortable list on the Browse All Sales page.
